Elaine Bamford our Lettings and Property Manager has over 25 years experience in Residential Property Management in Central London and in the local district.  Elaine has lived in Chesham for 11 years, is a local councillor, and has worked in the local residential lettings market for the past 6 years.

• arranging an Energy Performance Certificate at the landlord’s cost – a statutory requirement - needed prior to viewings
• arranging a Gas Safety Report/Electrical Report at the landlord’s cost prior to a tenancy commencing
